Challenger, in partnership with Al Collins & KC Runnin' Rebels, offers a Multi-Sport Summer Camp at All-American Indoor Sports.

This camp features activities, exercises, practices, scrimmages, etc. in the following sports: basketball, flag-football, and soccer; and, this experience provides opportunities for youth athletes aged 6-14 years old (K-8th Grade) to participate in 90 minute training sessions at our newly renovated indoor training facility.

Participants will:

• Discover their own aptitudes and preferences for different activities
• Develop positive attitudes to participation in physical activity
• Acquire and develop a wide range of skills, focusing on learning about new sports and performing more confidently in sports outside of their primary interests
• Learn how to select and apply tactics to suit activities that need different approaches and ways of thinking
• Set individual target goals and compete against others
• Understand what it takes to persevere, succeed and acknowledge others' success
• Respond to a variety of challenges in a range of physical contexts and environments
• Take the initiative, lead activity and focus on improving aspects of their own performance
• make informed decisions about the importance of exercise in their lives

Through participation, children can build on their natural enthusiasm for movement, using it to explore and learn about their world. Young athletes start to play and work with other children in pairs and small groups. Youth athletes develop their movement and coordination skills by watching, listening, and experimenting with movement and ideas.
