The campers will receive the AOS (Athlete of Significance) JumpStart Leadership and Recruiting Education course. JumpStart is an online course that will guide you through the introduction to sports leadership and the college recruiting process.
The AOS JumpStart program is just the beginning; the full AOS Leadership & Recruitment Online Experience takes athletes on a journey to discover their Motives, Influence, Time, Awareness, and Outcomes. By instilling these concepts into athletes, they develop into athletes that are responsible, focused, collaborative, and persistent – the most prominent characteristics needed to be a great leader on and off the field, making them more recruitable. To prepare your athlete for the best camp experience and to ensure they are ready to perform at top level we provide the 6 Week Pre-Camp Strength & Conditioning program. The program has been developed by top coaches to ensure that your athlete will be in peak shape for the camp experience. This strength and conditioning platform is accessible on your computer and mobile devices – it’s preparation for peak performance when and where your athlete needs it.
TONY DICICCO METHOD
Tony DiCicco’s SoccerPlus Camps deliver the advanced training and experiences he used to coach his US Women’s National Team to victory in the World Cup and Olympic Games. Tony was the Director of the National Soccer Coaches Association of America Goalkeeper Academy and his SoccerPlus staff features NSCAA National goalkeeper staff coaches. SoccerPlus Camps offer goalkeeper instruction, featuring a cutting-edge curriculum and unique coaching philosophy. These programs will expand the technical, tactical, physical and mental soccer abilities of players on and off the soccer field.
Tony DiCicco coached the United States to World Championships in the 1996 Olympics and the 1999 FIFA Women’s World Cup. In 2008, he won his 3rd World Championship as a head coach, guiding the US U20 Women’s National Team to the FIFA U20 World Cup. Tony’s legacy thrives today through the SoccerPlus program. The SoccerPlus staff share in his passion for the game and bring an incredible wealth of experience to each camp!
ROBY STAHL
Roby Stahl’s methodology is noted as one of the most professional and sophisticated worldwide. This includes recognition from FIFA, and National teams here, and abroad. Roby has developed this unique methodology through a of enviable soccer achievements. Roby holds elite coaching licenses in Sweden, Brazil, USSF A here in the United States, and a Canadian B. He was the Head coach Mens/Womens, Professional team at Tyreso FF, Stockholm Sweden. Played Professionally in Ireland for Cork Celtic, and England at West Ham finishing his playing career at the Cleveland Cobras. Roby was also the Executive Director of AFC Lightening, currently the Executive Director at Cincinnati Alliance, and ODP Region 3 Staff.
STEVE RICHARDS
Steve Richards, is the SoccerPlus National Director, and the Lead International Scout for the Steven Gerrard Academy – Study & Play Abroad here in the United States, and Canada brings more than 30 years of professional playing and coaching experience to the program. Richards has coached with numerous college institutions in the United States to include Nova Southeastern, Florida Tech, and Lander University. Richards has a close working relationship with some of the top coaches domestically and worldwide. Richards holds numerous coaching certifications from Europe and the United States to include an English FA full license. He also holds an Welsh UEFA C, NSCAA Premier, NSCAA Goalkeeper Advanced diploma. Now known as the The United Soccer Coaches Association
Richards played in the professional circuit in England and ended his twilight career with the USL Cocoa Expos, and the A league team the Orlando Sundogs before becoming the head coach of the USL Orlando Nighthawks. Richards has been responsible for raising the level of play of thousands of young soccer players nationwide, and placing players into collegiate institutes and at the professional levels with Post to Post, combined with the late Tony DiCicco Soccerplus. Once again with these two great companies reuniting as one has developed outstanding player identification pathways for future player development and the opportunity for them to excel to the next level. This is the largest soccer camp program in the country.
Richards has coached numerous influential players playing in top collegiate programs, and professional programs including England, Germany, and Sweden. Positions held include: Director of Collegiate Education for the Bulls Soccer Club, ODP Region Staff, Former Director of Coaching for RSA Elite, PSPL Surf State Academy Director in Washington State. Head scout Marbella FC Utd Academy in Spain.
CHRISTIAN DEVRIES
Christian is a 25 year veteran of the college ranks. He has coached both men’s and women’s teams at NCAA II and III, NAIA, and NJCAA. As an international speaker, he has given presentions on Sports Leadership, Breaking the Communication Code, Developing a Culture for Success, and Recruiting Education. He is the Founder of AOS – The Athlete of Significance, the host of the Peak Performance Mentor Podcast and USSF, United Soccer Coaches, and Brazilian BFUT licensed coach.
robbie carroll
Robbie is a former professional goalkeeper who has experience playing in Norway, Sweden, England, USA, Bulgaria & Italy. During his playing career he represented the England National team at the U19 level. Carroll played two years at Tyler Junior College keeping 22 shutouts over 2 seasons. With Carroll’s playing career sidelined in his mid 20’s due to injuries he began his coaching career in the professional leagues in Sweden then at the college level in the USA. Robbie is a licensed coach in England, USA & Norway.
